Open Question: my landlord wants to change the locks on the house were do i stand?i have been livein in the house for 2 years?

i got the gas disconected as i got a bill for 1500 euro which i could not explain i was useing electric heaters to heat the house dureing the freeze a pipe burst and the ceiling came threw i lost a lot of stuff computer 3 piece suite x box dvd payers etc lanlord wont compensate and gave me 4 weeks notice(not in writeing) evan tough i wasnt able to get back into house since it happened i later discovered that there was a leak in the gas pipe and thats wat caused the huge gas bill. my 4 weeks are up now and he wants me to move my stuff by friday but as i cant get a van for a couple of days iv asked for more time but he said no and that he was goin to change the locks on friday he has an 1100 euro deposit belonging to me where do i stand ?
