Open Question: Prepaid Mastercard Question?
I went to mastercard.com to apply for a prepaid debit card. I ended up picking the Pr1macard Elite Prepaid MasterCard® Palm Desert National Bank. Question is it safe? Is there any other option as far as prepaid debitcards that are absolutly safe?
