Open Question: BECOMING A PARALEGAL IN THE STATE OF NC.....?

I'm 23 years old and I've been out of school for about 4years and now i'm ready to go back I'm looking to start a career as a Paralegal and work my way into becoming a lawyer....the reason for this ad is becoming I'm having such a hard time with starting so many things to think about such as which is the best school to attend I was really hoping that i could speak to someone who is currently a paralegal in the state of NC and that they could provide me on some insite such as schools and information on what their day is like on a day to day basics I'm very egar to began my path to success but I could really use a little help any information you can provide would be greatly appericated...thx
