Open Question: do i have the right to claim for unemployment?

i was sick for two days and i can't call my manager.the next week i ask for my schedule so that i know what time i will work then my co worker tells me i was not in the schedule for a WEEK.it never happen before..so i call the owner of the store where i work then she say ok next week i give you schedule and again nothing thats the time i decide to quit.now they know i apply for unemployment their taking me back.i lost two weeks already and i can't take it because i got son that's why i apply for unemployment.the one that hurts me the most was i did everything for this store and the other workers are lazy and the owner knows about it.putting me out of the schedule i think i don't deserve it while in fact i got sick because i work to much because others are lazy..i mean you should give some cosideration to me because you know i work hard
